Chair yoga is performed while seated or with the aid of a chair, and increases flexibility, strength, body awareness, and promotes skills in calming the mind.
This class explores one of the fundamental concepts of Ayurveda: the doshas. The doshas are the three energy forces that govern the body and mind and are associated with different physical, mental, and physiological characteristics.

A somatic flow yoga that allows you to move in a way that feels intuitive, safe, and natural to you. There is no wrong way to move! Whatever you do, you will feel a new freedom during practice.
Today's practice is focused on 'Contentment.'
“By contentment, the highest happiness is attained.” – The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Sutra II.42 says,
What if we allowed ourselves to be “content” without external constraints or conditions? We CAN choose! When practicing, Santosha we are striving for contentment.
